1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition.
2. Return conditions
The item must be unused, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or order number. Items damaged through misuse are not accepted.
3. Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, opened personal-care items, consumables, and custom-ordered products are non-returnable unless they arrived defective.
4. How to request a return
Contact us using the details below with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will arrange how to send the item back. Return shipping is covered by the store if the item is defective or wrong, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, its value is refunded within a short period in cash or by the original payment method. You may also choose to exchange the item instead of a refund.
